Getting Started
Here are the 3 things we need to begin
1. Your court setup

Number of Courts

Start times and end times

Booking durations (Example: 1 hour or 50 minutes)

Gap times, if you want gaps between the courts for social distancing.
2. Your booking rules

Advance Booking: How far in advance is booking allowed? How far in advance is booking required?

Quota: Maximum bookings per member within your quota period (Example: 3 bookings per week)

Restrictions: Are certain courts reserved for certain member types every day?

3. Your members
A list of your members that can be uploaded (after set up, members can be managed via uploads or manually added/edited in the admin module)
.CSV is a format that you can quickly generate from any spreadsheet tool (i.e. excel), here’s a link to help you out:
